We met at the Twin servos on the F3. After a quick chat we headed off to Tunks fire trail. After we aired down we hit the first rocks. A short rock section with a few deeper ruts was quickly driven.

After that it was on to Wave Rock fire trail, as we approached the tuffer bit of the track there were a couple of guys on trail bikes coming back down. They had tried to ride up but failed, they had a quick word to me. I'm sure they thought we had no hope of driving up the track but all of us went straight up no dramas.

The next track was Bowmens rd. A nicely rutted start then on to a couple of big rock steps. Everyone drove up without to many issues though Brett took John Johns directions too far after John John said drive close to the tree as possible. Brett put his L/H/F tyre on to the tree and started to drive up it.

By this stage it was it was only 12 o'clock so we thought we would have a go at Rope Rd. Someone was heard to say why not as no one has damaged anything. We were half way up Rope rd on a climb up the hill with a bank on our right there was a loud pop (so much for no damage) Brett had leaned his car in to the bank and smashed his rear sliding window. Maybe on the next trip no one will mention damage Brett, Glenn?

We finished Rope so it was a quick chat and decided we would go to Slippery rock and drive up then back down and then head home. No issues on Slippery so it was out on to the tar and air up.

Cheers boys for a good day.

Charles.
